I want to ask a question with no judgment as to the rightness or wrongness of the answer. It is purely an exercise in gathering information. A group released a report that included information about what it costs for people in San Diego County to do certain basic things like pay for child care, put gas in their car, etc. I don’t have kids and don’t always pay close enough attention to what every item actually costs (yes, I know this isn’t ideal, but I’m human). Anyway, please take a quick look at this simple table and then see my questions below:
